Memorial services for Cynthia Jean Cochran, 65, of Issaquah, Washington, will be held Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Pastor Mike Meadows officiating.

Cynthia was born in Livingston, Texas on April 4, 1951, to parents, Laddie and Jean (Pipkin) Cochran, and passed away on March 9, 2017 in Issaquah, Washington. She is preceded in death by her father, Landis "Laddie" Cochran, who lost his life on April 4, 1951, serving his country in Korea which was the same day Cynthia was born. Her mother, Jean, preceded her in death on September 15, 2004. She is also preceded in death by grandparents, Wesley and Vivian Pipkin, and W.S. and Ruby Cochran.

She is survived by her uncles, Billy Pipkin and Wes Pipkin; cousins, Kelly Pipkin Doucette, Jo Anna Snipes, Vivian Pipkin Mount, Kathy Pipkin Petter, Toni Pipkin Sawtelle, Raquel Pipkin and Cecelia Pledger Heath; along with numerous other relatives, including extended members of the Cochran Family in the Livingston and Polk County area.
