Funeral services for Dake Anderson Goodwin, 25, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. at the Beech Creek Assembly of God Church in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Jacob Smith and Rev. Benny Torbert officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 11, 2016 beginning at 3:00 p.m. until the service begins at 4:00 p.m.

Dake was born June 11, 1991 in Beaumont, Texas to parents, Donnal Bob Goodwin and Lori Ann (Thomas) Goodwin, and passed away September 6, 2016 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Joyce Goodwin.

He is survived by his parents, Donnal and Lori Goodwin of Livingston, Texas; brother, Blake Goodwin and Jenny of Brownsboro, Texas; sister, Amy Swinnea and Lucas of Livingston, Texas; grandparents, Bob and Claire Goodwin of Mesquite, Texas, and Jacob and Wilda Thomas of Wylie, Texas; nieces, Presley Swinnea, Scarlett Swinnea, Bethany Goodwin, and Kennedy Swinnea; best friend, Karla Bragg of Livingston, Texas; the Livingston US Post Office employees, the Beech Creek Assembly of God Church Family along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
