Funeral services for Damon "Pops" Ryan Alec, 40, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017 in the Indian Reservation Assembly of God Church in Livingston, Texas with David Busby officiating. Interment will follow in the Alabama-Coushatta Indian Reservation Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 in the Indian Reservation Assembly of God Church.

Damon was born on August 15, 1977 in Woodville, Texas to parents, Carl Alec and Iris (Bullock) Williams, and passed away on December 24, 2017 in Huston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father; and brother, Jeffrey Alec.

He is survived by his mother, Iris Williams of Livingston; brothers, Ricky Sylestine and wife, Belinda, James Sylestine, Mark Alec, Carlos Alec, and Duane Alec all of Livingston; sister, Hilda Pittman and husband, DeeRay of Magnolia; and brother, Mitchell Alec of Livingston; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
