Funeral services for David Van Fain Jr., 69, of Livingston, Texas will be held Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 10:00-11:00 a.m., at the funeral home.

David was born November 2, 1956, in Pasadena, Texas and passed away June 16, 2026, in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Wade Fain; stepfather, Lloyd Davis, Jr.; and brothers, Tony Fain, James Fain, and Tommy Fain.

He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Davis of Livingston, Texas; brother, Harold Fain, of Livingston, Texas, and Bobby Davis and wife Marsha of Crosby, Texas; sister, Marsh Orlando of Tennessee; and nephew, Casey Fain and wife Patricia of Weslaco, Texas; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
