A Memorial Service for Dean Phillip Truax, age 53, of Humble, TX will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Onalaska, TX. Rev. Harold Isaacs will conduct the service.
Dean was born in Baltwin Park, CA on January 29, 1958, to parents James and Nancy Roop Truax. He passed away on January 3, 2012 in Humble, TX. Dean was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Truax. He is survived by his wife, Martha Burch of Humble, TX; son, Joshua Truax; daughter, Shavonne Truax; father, James Truax; and sister, Denise Mickleberry. Cochran Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
