On July 27, 2021, Debbie Jane Dunn, 67, left this earth due to COVID complications for her heavenly home.  Debbie was born July 24, 1954 in Livingston, Texas to Frank and Dorothy Hill.  Debbie grew up in Goodrich, Texas where she learned how to fish, cook and the word of God from her parents.  Debbie met the love of her life Jessy Dunn and the two were married on December 23, 1969.  Debbie worked alongside Jessy in several businesses they owned together, ranging from construction to private storage facilities.  Debbie began ministering later in life and spreading the word of God in the public sector as well as in several State of Texas Prisons.  Debbie had a boldness about her when it came to preaching the gospel, that many were able to witness.  When Jessy passed away in 2012, Debbie found peace and comfort at the beach alongside her sister Tricia and special friend Sharon.  Debbie was an amazing mother to her three children, Donna, Shaun and Trevor who all were able to be with her (along with her Sonshine and Brooke) when she passed from this life.

Debbie is survived by her son, Shaun Dunn and wife, Becky of Woodville; daughter, Donna Maher and husband, Sean of La Porte; son, Trevor Dunn and wife, Stormy of Splendora;  brother, Danny James Hill of Splendora; sister, Patricia Roach of Livingston; grandchildren, Hunter Dunn, Shane Nelson, Jr., Mallory Dunn, Cameron Thomas, Alyssa Thomas, Kasey Hogan, Brandon Hogan, and Brooke Hogan; great-grandson, Jase Dunn; and great-granddaughter, Aubrey Hogan;  along with many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Debbie Jane Dunn, 67, of Splendora, Texas, will be held Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Brenda Hatley officiating. Interment will follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, July 30, 2021, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home.
