Deborah "Debbie" Lynn LeBlanc

Funeral services for Deborah “Debbie” Lynn LeBlanc, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, November 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Robert Murphy officiating. Interment will follow at the Magnolia Hill Cemetery in Segno, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 7, 2026, from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Debbie was born February 23, 1960, in Livingston, Texas and passed away November 3, 2026, in The Woodlands, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Barney Flowers Wiggins and Bonnie Maud (Sowell) Wiggins; and sister, Myrtle Cooksey.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry LeBlanc; daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca Dominy and Mark; son and daughter-in-law, Chase LeBlanc and Taylor; grandchildren, Reily, Mason, Eli and Delaney; brother and sister-in-law, Jobe Wiggins and Beverly; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara Brannon and Wally; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Charlie and Jean LeBlanc; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Howard and Candy LeBlanc; brother-in-law, Joe LeBlanc; and special friend, Mary Kendrick; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
