Funeral services for Deborah Ellen Lowers, 70, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, August 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Byron Lyons officiating. Interment will follow in the Mernard Chapel Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Deborah was born August 20, 1950 in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, to parents, Paul Bishop and Inez (Scott) Bishop, and passed away August 8, 2021 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Diane Vanhorn and Suzanne Bishop; son, Glenn Kervin; and granddaughter, Chasity Kervin.

She is survived by her fiancé, Christopher Windsor of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Donna Kendrick and Brett of Corpus Christi, Texas; son, Tony Harris and Michelle of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Christi Joice and Jason of Livingston, Texas; sister, Judy Haygood of Warren, Texas; 9 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren; along with many other relatives and friends.
