IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Debra Bond
Crawford
September 15, 1952 – March 2, 2025
Debra Bond Crawford, 72, was born September 15, 1952, in Houston Texas and passed away March 2, 2025, in Texarkana, Texas.
Debbie grew up in Livingston Texas where she attended Livingston High School. She continued to Stephen F Austin University where she got her bachelor's degree and was homecoming queen in 1974. She was also a member of the SFA Twirl-O-Jacks. After receiving her master's in education, she went on to be a long-time teacher at Queen City High School where she taught English and History. Debbie touched so many of her students with her kind spirit and love of teaching.
For over 45 years, Debbie was a dedicated member of Buchanan Community church where she played the piano. She used her musical ability to spread her love of God and music in many other places in and around Texarkana. She could play any song, either by ear or by sight, and used her musical ability to touch others. She was truly an angel on earth.
She is survived by her daughter, Brittainy Crawford of Dallas, Texas; siblings, Pam and her husband Neal Nettles of Livingston, Texas, Gene and his wife Sandy Bond of Atascocita, Texas, Keri Bond of Livingston, Texas, and Kenneth Bond of Nacogdoches, Texas; as well as nine nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.
