A memorial service for Delbert Lee Moffett, 69, of Livingston, Texas will be held Monday, August 5, 2024, at 3:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Kevin Hendrix officiating.

Delbert was born March 22, 1955 in Livingston, Texas and passed away August 2, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Justice Lavone Moffett and Dorothy Nell (Collins) Moffett; grandson, Alvin Jacob Smith; and sisters, Dorothy Capps, Margaret Westcott, and Martha Green.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Moffett; daughter, Tisha Smith and husband Alvin; son, Billy Moffett and wife Ashley; grandchildren, Steven Henderson and wife Heather, Kenneth Smith and wife Taylor, Cooper Smith, Amberlee Smith, Ramie David and partner Chase Valderez, Abbie Moffett, and Lucian Moffett; 7 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
