Graveside services for Delores Ann Walker, 65, of Livingston, Texas will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 29, 2017 in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Jack Redfearn officiating.

Mrs. Walker was born on November 6, 1952 in Houston, Texas to parents, Benedict Opela and Delores (Blanshke) Opela, and passed away with family members by her side on December 24, 2017 in Livingston, Texas. During her life, she went to school at Spring Branch High School and graduated in 1971. She worked many years in retail, cleaning jobs, and at the Indian Hills Restaurant. She loved spending time with her family but most of all, she loved her grandchildren and watching the Cowboys football. She is preceded in death by her father.

She is survived by her husband, James Walker of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Jessica Maristela and husband, Menardo of Onalaska, Texas; grandsons, Xzavier Walker, Marissa Maristela and Marcus Maristela all of Onalaska, Texas; step-son, Jeremiah Walker and wife, Elizabeth of Trinity, Texas; step-son, David Walker and wife, Theresa of Livingston, Texas; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; mother, Delores Opela of Willis, Texas; sister, Linda Hochman and husband, George Santos of Willis, Texas; sister, Barbie Hayes of Willis, Texas; sister, Patsy O'Neil and husband, Don of Willis, Texas; brother, Tony Opela of Willis, Texas; sister, Theresa Opela of Katy, Texas; mother-in-law, Altha Taylor of Livingston, Texas; brother-in-law, Jerry Walker of Livingston, Texas; brother-in-law, Kenneth Taylor of Livingston, Texas; best friend, Margaret Mier of Katy, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
