Graveside services for Delorise Marie McCarty, 86, of Leggett, Texas, will be held Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating.

Mrs. McCarty was born August 8, 1934, in Leggett, Texas to parents, Wiley Theodore Meadows and Eller Beatrice (Price) Meadows, and passed away September 26, 2020 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, W.T. Meadows, Bill Meadows, Walden Meadow; sister, Dorothy Shockley.

Delorise is survived her husband of 67 years, Frank McCarty of Leggett, Texas; daughters, Danette Millican and Robert of Crockett, Texas, and DeAndrea McCarty of Leggett, Texas; son, Frank McCarty, II and Laurie of Moscow, Texas; grandchildren, James Millican, Ashle Kronk, Larry LaMunyon, III, Frank McCarty, III, and Kelly Cobler Osheba; great-grandchildren, Thomas Millican, Matthew Millican, Hailey Kronk and Norah LaMunyon; sisters, Corine Abbott, Annetta Bonds, Dolly Martone and Daphene Placker; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
