Diane Autry Stephens

Funeral services for Diane Autry Stephens, 82, of Livingston, Texas will be held Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Gary O'Bryant officiating. Interment will follow at the Menard Chapel Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 1:30-2:00 p.m., at the funeral home.

Diane was born in Houston, TX on May 26, 1944, to Walt and Loraine Autry. She remained in Houston, married, and had two daughters before moving to Livingston, TX in the summer of 1977. Later in life, she relocated to Huntsville to be close to her youngest daughter and two grandsons. She remained a resident of Huntsville until her passing on October 19.

She is survived by her eldest daughter and son-in-law, Tracey Whiston and Gof Abbey of The Villages, FL. Her daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Mike Bradley and two grandsons, Scott and Keanu Wireman. Her brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Regina Autry. Two nieces, Christina Segrest and Diana Emens and their husbands and children.

Diane was a loving, caring mother, sister, daughter, co-worker and friend to many that she crossed paths with throughout her life. A giving soul in all communities that she touched. She worked many years with Beta Sigma Phi in Livingston and turned her attention to animal rescue, adoption and care during her years in Huntsville.
