Graveside services for Dicky Ray Barton, 74, of Shepherd, Texas, will be held Friday, March 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Farley Chapel Cemetery in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Chris Knox officiating.

Mr. Barton was born January 6, 1947 in San Francisco, California to parents, Barney Barton and Juanita Barton, and passed away March 14, 2021 in Shepherd, Texas. He proudly served his country for 4 years in the United States Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sandra Snook; and step-mother, Jean Barton.

He is survived by his nephew, Dean Jessup of Goodrich, Texas; nephew, Kenny Jessup of Shepherd, Texas; nephew and wife, Robert Jessup and Pam of Shepherd, Texas; great nephews, Robert Jessup Jr. of Shepherd, Texas and Kenny Jessup Jr. of Trinity, Texas; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
