Obituary
Funeral services for Don Golden, 83, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, March 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Orval Barger officiating. Interment will be held in the Rosewood Cemetery in Porter, Texas at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 3, 2017. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service begins at 11:00 a.m.
Mr. Golden was born February 10, 1934 in Graham, Texas to parents, H.C. Golden and Bernice (Walsh) Golden, and passed away on February 27, 2017 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Merri Whiteside.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Golden of Livingston, Texas; sons and daughters-in-law, Glenn and Patricia Golden of The Woodlands, Texas, and Gary and Pam Golden of Kingwood, Texas; step-son and wife, Vance and Karen Burleson of Kingwood, Texas; step-daughter and wife, Lisa and Daphne Burleson of Conroe, Texas; brother, Sam Golden of Washington State; brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Rosie Golden of Indiana; grandchildren, Andrew, John, Victoria, Grant, Cristina, and Sofia; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
