A Memorial Service will be held for Don Otto McGwier, age 62 of Onalaska, TX at 10:00 AM on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, TX. Bro. Don Wilkey will conduct the service.
Don was born on March 17, 1950 in Altus, OK to parents, Arnold McGwier and Neva Joe Payton McGwier. He passed away on April 15, 2012 at his home in Onalaska. Don is survived by his wife, Jeanie McGwier of Onalaska, daughters and sons, Stephanie McGwier and Dustin McGwier, both of Lubbock, TX, Jason McGwier of Austin, Dawna White of Lubbock, Anthony Adams of Goodrich; step-daughter and husband, Heidi Payne and Cody Hicks; step-son, Jesse Payne; special friend, Vern Dillard of Sugarland, TX; grandchildren, Madison McGwier, Savannah Chelsea Parker and Christian Andrew Parker; step-grandson, Tanner Hicks; brother and sisters, Billy McGwier of Slaton, TX, Rita McDaniel of Shepherd, TX and Anita Ferris of Livingston.
