Graveside services for Donald Wayne Atchley, 84, of Shepherd, Texas will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Farley Chapel Cemetery under the pavilion in Shepherd, Texas with Bill Arrendell officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until the service begins at 2:00 p.m. in the cemetery.

Mr. Atchley was born August 28, 1937 in Honobia, Oklahoma, to parents, Roy Benjamin Atchley and Joella (Aclen) Atchley, and passed away January 27, 2022 in Shepherd, Texas.  He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Clara Joella Atchley; son, Dennis Wayne Atchley; and niece, Lacey Jo Atchley.

He is survived by his daughter, LaDonna Jo Gonzalez and husband, Tony of Shepherd; step-daughter, Janice Stowe of Shepherd; grandson, Sonny Ray Atchley and wife, Anita of Shepherd; and granddaughter, Monica BeBee and husband, Ronnie also of Shepherd; grandson, Darrell Atchley and wife, Maree of Livingston; grandson, Daniel Atchley and wife, Regina of Kingwood; great-grandchildren, David Bross, Samantha Atchley, Ray Atchley, Mackenzie Atchley, Austin Atchley, Nataley Bebee, Naethen Bebee and Kalyn Atchley; great-great-granddaughter, Madelyn Ellison; and sister, Joan Dailing; along with numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
