Graveside services for Donald Gene Fender, Sr., age 75 of Quitman, Texas, will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, at Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Rev. Harold Isaacs will conduct the service.
Donald was born on May 13, 1937, in Longview, Texas, to parents, Estel Fender and Bonnie Barley Fender. He passed away in Tyler, Texas, on September 17, 2012.
Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Estel Fender and Bonnie Fender. He is survived by son, Don Fender, Jr. of Crosby, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Ronita and Ricky Garrison of Quitman, Texas; two brothers, Jerry Fender of Livingston, Texas, and Sammy Smith and wife, Vickie of Mt. Belvieu, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
