Obituary
Donald Wallace Jones 82, of Shepherd died Tuesday December 11, 2007 at his home.
Funeral services were held Thursday December 13, 2007 at 11:00AM in the Cochran Funeral Home chapel with Jack V. Jones officiating. Burial took place in the South Park Cemetery in Pearland.
He was born August 8 1925 in Austin, Texas to parents Jesse and Mattie Cooksey Jones. Donald served in the Navy during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Phyllis Ann Martin and son Donald Lee Jones.
He is survived by his wife Phyllis Arine Jones, son Larry W. Jones, brothers Jack V. Jones and Bobby Jones, sister in law Maxine Lee Upton. He is also survived by his grandchildren Sierra Ann Horvath, Emily Ann Horvath, Camryn Martin, Conner Martin, Laura Jones and Jean E. Sides.
