Donald Charles Newland, Jr., 63, was born June 11, 1959 in Houston, Texas to parents, Donald Charles Newland, Sr. and Constance Jean (Mallo) Newland and passed away April 25, 2023, in The Woodlands, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife, Billie Newland; daughter, Angelica Newland, both of Kennard, Texas; brother, Joeseph B. Newland and wife Cheryl; and his sister Tamra Deanalong with numerous other relatives and friends.
