Mr. Donald Palmer Osborne, 79, of Livingston, Texas passed away August 8, 2021 at home from complications from Lymphoma. Don was born June 29, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland to parents, Raymond Osborne and Lorraine (Palmer) Osborne. He grew up on dairy farms around Maryland and Pennsylvania. Don was very proud of his 6 years in the United States Navy. He served on the USS Kitty Hawk during the Vietnam War. Don was a truck driver most of his life and often came through the piney woods of Texas. He and his surviving wife, Margie thought it was a good place to retire and moved to Livingston in 2008 to escape the cold of Colorado and Kansas.
