Obituary
Donna Lee Dowdy 56, of Fairbanks, Alaska passed away March 27, 2008 at her home. Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2:00PM in the Magnolia Cemetery in Onalaska, Texas with Rev. Sam Steele officiating. Cochran Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Donna worked on the Alaska pipeline for the past 3 years, she also worked at the Andrews Airforce Base in Alaska. She was involved with the ALEUT corp., and the Bureau of Indian Affairs in Fairbanks, Alaska. Donna' favorite hobbies were camping and fishing.
She is survived by her daughters Connie Letney Borel, and Cammie Coleet Letney, son in law Matthew Paul Borel, grandchildren Christina Renea Schmidt, Cassidy Lauren Clark, Sabrina LeeAnn Borel, William Cayden Madison, and Corbin Lane Borel, former husband Stacey Eugene Dowdy, sister and brother in laws Beverly and Mike Morris, Terry and David Mullen, and sister Candace Berry, brother and sister in law Harvey and Fritz Wright, Mike and Michelle Wright, and brother William Stanford Wright.
Donna is preceded in death by her father Harvey Lee Wright, Sr., mother Emily Mae Dyakanoff Wright, and former husband Jackie Larry Letney.
