Mrs. Dorcas Annette Shipman, 67, of Livingston, Texas was born September 12, 1952 in Nacogdoches, Texas to parents, Charles Hardman Harris and Marion Louise (Fleniken) Harris, and passed away March 28, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Williams; and brother, Jerry Harris.

She is survived by her husband, Royce Shipman of Livingston; daughter, Stephanie Chance of Livingston; granddaughter, Victoria Williams of Houston; grandson, Nathaniel Chance; great-granddaughter, Alayna Charles; and brother, Doug Harris and wife, Debbie of Dayton; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
