Funeral services for Doris (Williams) Brown, 84, Onalaska, Texas, will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Onalaska, Texas with Pastor Lynn Huff officiating. Interment will follow at the Bold Springs Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. just prior to the service at the Church of Christ.

Doris Brown was born May 23, 1939 in Wells, Texas to parents, Herbert Byron Williams and Jewell Irene (Todd) Williams and passed away May 3, 2024 in Livingston, Texas.  She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Herbert Williams and Morris Williams.

Doris is survived by her son, Danny Cook and wife, Vicki of Huffman, Texas; daughters and son-in-law, Debbie Aubrey and James of Livingston, Texas, and Dana Oates of Porter, Texas; grandchildren, Brandi Minshew and Richard, Mandi Negron and Rey, Nicole Cook, Renay Cook, Regina Gray and Randy, Rebecca Allemang, Jamie Brown and Richard, Thomas Buck and Kendra, Sherry Paprocki and John, Brandon Buck and Tracey; along with numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Mrs. Brown will be escorted to her grave by pallbearers, Re Nay Cook, Brandon Buck, Thomas Buck, Jacob Pike, Grayson Charles and Randy Gray.
