Graveside services for Doris Lydia Denby Griffin, 76, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, May 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Brookside Cemetery in Houston, Texas.

Mrs. Griffin was born June 4, 1941 in Houston, Texas to parents, Elmer Lofton Denby and Lydia Teresa (Peachacek) Denby, and passed away May 17, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Lee Griffin; sister, Melissa Denby; and brothers, Charles Denby, Allen Denby, and Chuck Denby.

She is survived by her son, Bruce Griffin of Taylor, Texas; and grandson, Bruce Griffin Jr. of Taylor, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
