Obituary
Funeral services for Doris Del Cherry Faulkner Loving, 85, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Tim Thompson officiating. Interment will follow in the Ryan Cemetery in the Cleveland, Texas. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until the service begins at 2:00 p.m.
Mrs. Loving was born May 16, 1931 in Tarkington, Texas to parents, Christopher Carson Cherry and Gertrude (Scott) Cherry, and passed away January 9, 2017 in Shepherd, Texas. Mrs. Doris was one of the owners of R& D Grocery and Feed on Hwy 146 in Livingston. After 28 years in that location, she made many true friends and loved the people of this area and of Livingston.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Susan Faulkner of Shepherd, Texas; grandson, Cory Faulkner and wife, Charlene of League City, Texas; grandson, Jerad Sawczuk and wife, Ashley of Conroe, Texas; sister, Ann Harkins and husband, Toby of Conroe, Texas; great-grandsons, Chase Faulkner and Carson Faulkner, and Landen Sawczuk; great-granddaughters, Chloe Faulkner and Brynley Sawczuk. Mrs. Doris is also survived by Hal's children, Travis, Eston, and Sonja and their families; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
