Memorial services for Doris Jean McKinney, 84, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Crosby Church in Crosby, Texas.

Mrs. McKinney was born September 3, 1933 in Alabama, and passed away January 15, 2018 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hoyt and Myrtice Elizabeth (Wooten) Peoples; sister, Opal Ruth Campbell; brother, Hugh Peoples; sister-in-law, Joyce Peoples; grandson, Adam Shelton; great-granddaughter, Chloe Sentfleben.

She is survived by her stepdaughter, Dana McKinney of Highlands, Texas; stepson, Homer McKinney and Cleo of Crosby, Texas; sister, Audrey Leach and Raymond, brothers, James Ray Peoples, Willis Peoples, Sr. and Dorothy; sister-in-law, Sherrie Peoples; grandchildren, Melisa Ashburn, Kara Nichols, Megan Senftleben, Jessie Nichols and Brandi Nichols; great-grandchildren, Kylyn Long, Knox Ashburn, Damian Nichols, Aiden Nichols, Parker Sentfleben, Logan Perreault, Ryleigh Perreault; and numerous other relatives and friends.
