Obituary
Funeral services for Dorothy Ann Anderson, 68, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, August 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Mike Miller officiating. Interment will follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Big Sandy, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2015 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mrs. Anderson was born September 5, 1946 in Lamesa, Texas to parents, Albert Grothe and Lena Bell (Walton) Grothe, and passed away August 28, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Monnie Ferguson; and brother, Arthur Grothe.
She is survived by her husband, Curtis Anderson, Jr. of Livingston, Texas; son, Curtis "Trey" Anderson III of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Lora Smith of Livingston, Texas; son, James Anderson of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Cody and Christina Grothe of Baytown, Texas; grandchildren, Amanda, Buddy, Sean, Dalton, Lydia, Joey, Kenna, Austin and Makayla; 9 great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Welch of Andrews, Texas; brother, Jimmy Grothe of Somerville, Texas; sisters, Frances Carruth of Andrews, Texas, and Brenda Sanders of Mandeville, Louisiana; brothers, Albert Grothe Jr. of Baytow, Texas, Frank Grothe of Crosby, Texas, Melvin Grothe of Crosby, Texas and John Henry Grothe of Baytown, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
