Obituary
Funeral services for Dorothy Jane Powell Langston, 79, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, July 19, 2015 beginning at 3:00 P.M. at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Barry Jeffries and Bro. Mark Harden officiating. Interment to follow in the Peebles Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will held Sunday, July 19, 2015 beginning at 1:00 P.M. until the service begins.
Mrs. Langston was born on January 6, 1936 in Titus, Alabama to parents, W.J. Powell and Beauna Powell, and passed away on July 17, 2015 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother, Ferris Powell, brother, James Powell, niece, Wanda Powell, son-in-law, Allen Cole, and grandson, Lucas Cole.
She is survived by her husband, Cecil Claude Langston, Sr. of Livingston, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Cecil Langston, Jr. and Terrie W. of Livingston, Texas; daughter, Jane Langston Cole of Carrollton, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Jim Langston and Carla of Canton, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Cathy Langston Rucker and Doug of Porter, Texas; grandchildren, Jayme Langston Ingram, Derek Langston, Scott Langston, Taylor Langston, Alex Cole, Davis Cole, Wes Cole, and Emma Grace Rucker; great-grandchildren, Dylan Ingram, Zachary Ingram, Tanner Ingram, Graham Langston, Grant Langston; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: Alex Cole, Davis Cole, Wes Cole, Scott Langston, Derek Langston, Taylor Langston
