Mrs. Troutman was born November 2, 1940, in Bruceville, Texas and passed away April 14, 2023 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents, C.W. Thompson and Ethel (Butler) Thompson; husband, Jessie Troutman; sisters, Louise Payne and Mildred Palmer; and brothers, Earl Neal, John Thompson, and Dale Neal.

She is survived by her son, Ralph Smith of Ace, Texas; daughter, Betty Collins of Lindsey, Oklahoma; daughter, Debra S. Moores of Baytown, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Larry Brooks of Ace, Texas; 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandsons; sister, Lucile Grossman of Robinson, Texas; and brother, Ernest Thompson of Troy, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
