Funeral services for Douglas Jones, 77, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Friday, October 15, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Richard Gray officiating. Interment will follow in the Jones Prairie Cemetery in Leggett, Texas. Visitation will be held Friday, October 15, 2021, from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m., before the service begins.

Mr. Jones was born August 25, 1944 in Bering, Texas, to parents, Winford Jones and Ruth (McClure) Jones, and passed away October 10, 2021 in Houston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Irene Jones of Livingston, Texas; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Donnie Martin of Austin, Texas, Glenda and Darren McNiel of Livingston, Texas, and Brenda and Paul Vallejo of Livingston, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, George Jones and Barbara of Livingston, Texas; brother, Robert Jones of Beaumont, Texas; sister, Jeannette Jones of Beaumont, Texas; grandchildren, Meagan Martin, Kirsten Martin, Brittney Gill, Caleb Gill, and Savannah Harley; great grandchildren, Miranda Owen, Roman Enyart, Carter Rose Enyart, Hunter Gann, Alexandria Gann, Camden Downing, Brailee Downing, and Kaiden Downing; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
