Obituary
Funeral services for Dovie "Cissy" Stephenson Parker, 73, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Denton Maze officiating. Interment will follow in the Rice Cemetery in Leggett, Texas. Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 31, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.
Mrs. Parker was born April 19, 1943 in Livingston, Texas to parents, Fred Stephenson and Aline (Holcomb) Stephenson, and passed away August 27, 2016 in The Woodlands, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Bob Parker; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Vernon and Ruth Parker.
She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Denise Parker of Livingston, Texas, Tim and Beverly Parker of Livingston, Texas, and Stephenson and Michelle Parker of Kingwood, Texas; grandchildren, Geoffrey Parker, Claudia Parker, Zachary Parker, Paige Parker, Tyler Parker, and Darby Grace Parker; sister-in-law, Ida Gray of Houston, Texas; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
