Duane Vaughan age 76 of Livingston passed away Saturday December 16, 2009 in Houston. Memorial services will be held Tuesday December 29, 2009 in the Houston National Cemetery, with Military Honors to be give my District #4 Honor Guard.

Duane was born January 8, 1933 in Farwell, Texas to parents David Wesley and Johnnie Mae Billingsley. He was a loan officer for many years at the World Savings and Loan. He also proudly served our country in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his wife Donna Jean Vaughan of Livingston, daughters Cindy Granberg of Grand Canyon, Az., Tracie Dickens of Katy, Pattie Crivellone of Tacoma, Wa., and Vicki Garry of Austin, sons Richard Baughan of Yerington, Nv., Kevin Vaughan of Katy, Michael Blatt of Silverdale Wa., and Jeffrey Blatt of Apple Valley, Ca., grandchildren Josh, Tynan, Sami, Kayli, Alex, Tanner, Claire, James, Angela, T.J., Lucas, Austin, Hannah, Jami, Kyle, Riley, and great grandchildren Sophia and Ruby. He is also survived by his sisters Barbara Jan Cutler of Yuma, Az., and Beverly Byrne of Phoenix Az.
