Funeral services for Eddie Jackson "Jack" McNulty, Jr., 93, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Harold Isaacs officiating. Military Honors will be provided by VFW Post #8568. Interment will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Monday, May 22, 2017 in the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. McNulty was born on October 28, 1923 in San Augustine County, Texas to parents, Eddie Jackson McNulty Sr. and Clara Bell (Lee) McNulty, and passed away on May 19, 2017 in Beaumont, Texas. During his life, he graduated from Hardin High School in 1942. After serving in occupied Japan with the United States Army, Jack married Helen Marie Cox on July 15, 1946 in Beaumont, Texas. Jack worked for Pure Oil/Union Oil and retired with over 30 years of service. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen Marie McNulty; siblings, Lester, Jackie, James, Evelyn, Louise, Vernal, and Thomas; daughter-in-law, Delores McNulty; brother-in-law, Don Cox and wife, Margaret; sister-in-law, Mary Beth Simmons and husband, M.J.; brother-in-law, Del Cox and wife, Jimmie; and brother-in-law, Bobby Cox Sr.

He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Stilley and husband, William of Nederland; son, Larry McNulty of Nederland; daughter, Jackie Harker and husband, Steven of Houston; sister-in-law, Jean McNulty of Winnie; sister-in-law, Shirley Cox of Livingston; brother-in-law, Bill Cox and wife, Sarah of Livingston; grandchildren, Kimberly Stilley of Nederland, Brett Stilley and wife, Addie of League City, and Robert Harker of Houston; great-grandchildren, Erin Jade Stilley, Madison Ann Stilley, Justin, Tyler, Christopher, Andrew, Colin, Anna Nicole, Bryson, and Bethany; and great-great grandson, Benjamin, Rush; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
