Funeral services for Edna Louise McBride, age 80 of Livingston, Texas, will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 30, 2012, at Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Rev. Barry Duke will conduct the services. Interment will be held at Camp Ruby Cemetery in Polk County, following the chapel service.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston.
Mrs. McBride was born on March 4, 1932, to parents, Lewis and Ada McCory McLemore in Morton, Mississippi. She passed away on November 28, 2012, at Conroe Regional Hospital in Conroe, Texas.
Mrs. McBride is preceded in death by her beloved husband, James McBride; parents, Lewis and Ada McLemore; sisters, Ora Lee McBride and Perrylee Nix; brothers, Paul McLemore, Roy McLemore and Bud McLemore. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Michael Gates of Livingston, Texas; two sons and daughter-in-law, James and Debbie McBride of Frisco, Texas, and Mark McBride of The Colony, Texas; three grandchildren, Tonya Wright, Bevin Jackson and Jordan McBride; two great grandchildren, Destiny Gentry and Olivia Jackson; brothers and sisters, Lewis McLemore, Birdie Alford, Mary Thompson of Morton, Mississippi; Katy Sanford of Belton, Texas, Geraldine Cook of Morton, Mississippi, Bobby McLemore of Grand Prairie, Texas and Clyde McLemore of Morton, Mississippi.
