Edward Laverne Landrum

Funeral services for Edward Laverne Landrum, 88, of Coldspring, Texas will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Interment will follow at the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Point Blank, Texas. Visitation will be held on the day of service, from 10:00-11:00 a.m., at the funeral home.

Edward was born July 5, 1938, in Krotztown, Mississippi and passed away August 26, 2026, in Coldspring, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Allen Edward Landrum and Ila Rae Langley Landrum; sisters, Betsy Crower and June Landrum; and brother, Jimmy Landrum.

He is survived by his wife, Edith Landrum of Coldspring, Texas; daughter, Vera Rae Faulk and husband Gary of Humble, Texas; grandchildren, Wayne Faulk and Ellizabeth Faulk and Matthew; great grandchildren, Emailie Faulk, James Faulk, and Travis Faulk; and sisters, Ellender Hull and Edith Adams; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
