Funeral services for Edward Archie White, 88, of Shepherd, Texas will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Dale Everitt officiating.  Military Honors will be provided by the VFW Post #8568.  Interment will follow in the Farley Chapel Cemetery in Shepherd, Texas. Visitation will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 from 5:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Mr. White was born July 6, 1931 in Royse City, Texas to parents, Will White and Sallie (Dodson) White and passed away May 30, 2020 in Shepherd, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Lessie White; grandsons, Nathan, Daniel and Brian. He proudly served his country in the United States Army in Korea.

Edward is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Gregory White and Bonnie of Shepherd, Texas, Tom White and Frecia of Weir, Mississippi, Wayne White and Shannin of Shepherd, Texas, Forrest White and Dawn of Baytown, Texas, Alan White and Leslie of Groves, Texas; grandchildren, Courtney, Rodney, Danielle, Brittany, Christina, Sara, Matthew, Barbie, Zachary, Tiffany, Dalton, and J.J.; numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers:  Gregory White, Tom White, Wayne White, Forrest White, Alan White, Zachary White, Matthew Welker, Dalton White.
