E.J. ""Jack"" Oliver, 86, died Thursday, June 9, 2011 in Livingston, Tx.

He is survived by his son & daughter- in-law, Wayne and JoAnne Oliver of Ennis, Tx., daughter, Cindy Martin of Livingston, son, Augustine Martone of Prescott, Az. His grandchildren, Lynn Humphreys of Livingston, Brian Humphreys of Jesup, Ga., Jennifer Jacobs of Waycross, Ga., Candace Hill of Magnolia, Tx., Ashley Martin of Huntsville, Tx., Eddie Martin of Houston, Tx., Nathan Martone of Prescott, Az., Christina Grassmuck of Waxahachie, Tx., Angela Shahan of Ennis, Tx. and 16 great grandchildren. Life long friends, Woody Woods and Tommy Mack.

He was preceded in death by his parents Richard Oliver and Fannie Hoffman Oliver, his wife Martha Lynn Oliver, 2 sons Marvin Lynn Humphreys, Sr. and Larry Martone, 2 grandsons Justin Martone and Clinton Charles Buhrmester and 1 granddaughter April Denise Humphreys.

Pallbearers will be Tommy Mack, Jay Hill, Eddie Martin, Augustine Martone, Gerald Woods ,Tyler Wright, Duane Michell, and Mike Nettles.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2011 From 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 13, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston with interment following at Forest Hill Cemetery.
