Funeral services for Elbert Hamilton Kinard, 80, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas with Rev. Mark Herridge officiating.  Interment will follow in the Camp Ruby Cemetery in Livingston, Texas.  Visitation will be held Sunday, just prior to the service beginning at 2:30 in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel.

Elbert Hamilton Kinard was born January 29, 1941 in Silsbee, Texas to parents, Willie David Kinard, Sr. and Louise Alice (Munson) Kinard and passed away on April 16, 2021 in Humble, Texas.  Since 1967, Mr. Kinard was a minister at the Romayor Assembly of God, El Campo Assembly of God and also Crosby Assembly of God.  He pioneered the New Beginnings Church on Hwy. 190 West in Livingston at the time of his passing. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, W.D. Kinard, Jr. and Lester Kinard; and sister, Merle Seagroves.

Elbert Kinard is survived by his loving wife of 61 & 1/2 years, Kathy Kinard of Livingston, Texas; daughters and sons-in- law, Debra and Leroy Roth, Terrie and Mark Herridge, Sr., all of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, David Roth, Robert Roth, Kathy Jo Burks, Mark Edward Herridge, Jr., Joshua Herridge, Kayla Kusek, and Chesney Tucker; numerous great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Pallbearers:  David Roth, Robert Roth, Mark Herridge, Jr., Joshua Herridge, Cody Roth and Hunter Brown.
