Obituary
Funeral services for Elfred Witte, Sr., 90, of Trinity, Texas, will be held Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas with Bro. Marvin Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the Carlisle Cemetery in Carlisle, Texas.
Mr. Witte was born January 22, 1924 in Summerville, Texas to parents, Herman Witte and Ida (Opperman) Witte, and passed away October 22, 2014 in Livingston, Texas. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Louise Witte; brothers, J.C. Witte, Herman Witte and Gussie Witte.
He is survived by his son, Elfred Witte, Jr. of Humble, Texas; daughters, Connie Brown and Casey Marceline Stone both of Humble, Texas; grandson, Lee Brown; sisters, MC Kamizee and Lillie Mae Kirk; brothers, Havert Witte and Ernest Witte; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: Lee Brown, Randy Allgood, Billy McDonald, Roy Newport, Casey Stone, Jerry Allgood.
