Elizabeth Barbara Jean Sweeten 63 of Livingston passed away June 6, 2008 at her residence. Funeral services will be held Saturday June 14, 2008 at 10:00 in the Lewis Funeral Home Chapel in Ft. Smith Arkansas with Bro. Wayne Hall officiating. Burial will follow in the Steep Hill Cemetery.

Barbara was born Friday September 1, 1944 in Des Arc, AR., to parents Bill and Ella McFall Britt.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, sister Carolyn Billie June Parker, and grand daughter Carmen Angelina Friend.

She is survived by her daughters Sheila Jean Thomas and husband Alan of Decatur, TN., and Tammy Sue Spore of Livingston, sons Altus Presley Roam and wife Jodi of Lufkin, and Isaac Ezekiel Green and wife Ursula of Lufkin, brothers William Preston Britt and wife Lorraine of Jenny Lynd, AR., and James Edward Britt and wife Norma of Hartford, AR., sister Dixie Ann Britt Elderidge and husband Jim of Des Arc, AR.. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.

Serving as pallbearers will be Karl ""Scooter"" Spore, Tyler Roam, James Edward Britt, William Preston Britt, Alan Thomas and Aaron Britt. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Britt and Dale Britt.
