Funeral services for Elizabeth Fay Loukas, 75, of Livingston, Texas, will be held Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. in the Pace Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas with Bro. Steve Waldrep officiating. Visitation will begin immediately following the service until 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home on Sunday, December 13th.

Mrs. Loukas was born June 2, 1945 in Alabama to parents, Joffee and Emily Simmons, and passed away December 10, 2020 in Houston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Nikolaos Loukas of Livingston; sons, Charles Smith and wife, Amy of Livingston, Darryl Smith and wife, Cindy of League City, and Gary Smith and wife, Dianna of Livingston; daughter, Shandoal Cowles and husband, Chad of Livingston; grandchildren, Elizabeth, James, Jennifer, Chrystal, Nick, Bubba, Joey, Brianna, Trey, Emily, Kaylynn, Cheyann, Brittany, Zack, Jake, and Mac; along with numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
