Ellen Marie Buffinton 27 of Huntsville went to be with the Lord Thursday May 4, 2009. Funeral services will be held in her honor at 11:00AM Wednesday June 10, 2009 in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Randy Findley officiating. Burial will follow in the Peebles Cemetery, were the Texas Dept. Of Corrections Honor Guard will give 21 gun salute to there comrade.

Ellen was born May 26, 1982 in Woodville, to parents Charles A. Buffington and Janet Rosenow Buffington. She is preceded in death by her father, and nephews Perry James Spore Jr., Damian Charles Lawhon, and Leonard Wilkerson Jr.

She is survived by her daughter Kaylee Elise VanParys of Livingston, mother Janet Buffington of Livingston, brothers Daniel Buffington and wife Tana of Beaumont, Dwayne Buffington and wife Shelly of Lufkin, Adam Spore and wife Cindy of Baytown, Allen Spore and wife Stephanie of Livingston, Perry Spore and wife Lisa of New Caney, Robert Spore of Missouri, sisters Donna Wilkerson and husband Leonard of Junction, Darlene Atkinson and husband Eric of Lufkin, brother Mark Leroy Spore of Iowa. She is also survived by her sister in laws Tammy Spore of Livingston, and Jenny Spore of Cleveland. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive her.

Serving as pallbearers will be Daniel Buffington, Dwayne Buffington, Adam Spore, Allen Spore, Perry Spore, Robert Spore, Mark Spore and Karl ""Scooter"" Spore. Honorary pallbearers will be Texas Dept. Of Corrections Guards.
