December 3, 1922 to December 29, 2012
Elmira Rodgers Seals, age 90 of Point Blank, Texas, passed away on December 29, 2012, at her home. She was born on December 3, 1922, in Midland, Texas, to parents James H. and Amelia Freude Rodgers.
Mrs. Seals was preceded in death by her parents; son, Charles Meek; two brothers and three sisters. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth and James Hicks of Onalaska, Texas, Sue and Bill Venable of Point Blank, Texas, and Lily and Matt Zahn of Gillette, Wyoming; daughter-in-law, Janice Meek of Snyder, Texas; thirteen grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, January 5, 2013, at Trickham Union Church in Trickham, Texas. Rev. McClatchy will conduct the services. Inurnment will follow the church service at Trickham Cemetery.
