Elvira Pollard, 69, of Livingston, Texas was born February 15, 1955 in Houston, Texas and passed away September 3, 2024 in Livingston, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Erasmo Vela and Katherine (Garcia) Vela; and son, Robbie Pollard.

Elvira is survived by her husband, Wiley Roy Pollard; daughters, Karen Parrish and husband Christopher, and Ashley Pollard; granddaughter, Shelby Ketchens and husband Dalton; grandsons, Daniel King and Chase Parrish; sisters, Helen Baskin, Rita Porter, and Mary Jane Haight; brothers, Erasmo Vela II and Gilbert Vela; great granddaughter, Ava Ketchens; and great grandsons, Connor Ketchens and Roy Parrish; along with numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
