Obituary
Funeral services for Emily Pauline Tompkins, 97, of Baytown, Texas, will be held Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Lakeway Baptist Church in Carlisle, Texas with Rev. Marvin Martin officiating. Interment will follow in the Carlisle Cemetery in Carlisle, Texas. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 7, 2015 beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Cochran Funeral Home in Onalaska, Texas.
Mrs. Tompkins was born February 1, 1918 in Big Sandy, Texas to parents, Klebe Crouch and Callie (Adams) Crouch, and passed away April 3, 2015 in Baytown, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lev Robert Tompkins; brothers, James Crouch and Everett Crouch; and sister, Norma Lee Franklin.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rodney and Margie Tompkins of Willis, Texas; daughter, Dorothy Wells of Baytown, Texas; brother, Louis Crouch of Mullin, Texas; grandson, Roger Dale Spears of Pearland, Texas; great-grandson, Cade Spears; great-granddaughter, Beatrice Spears; great-grandson, Charles Spears; along with numerous other relatives and friends.
