Funeral services for Emma Capetillo Vazquez, 69, of Goodrich, Texas will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 5:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 21, 2017 in the Cochran Funeral Home Chapel in Livingston, Texas.

Emma Capetillo Vazquez was born on January 4, 1948 in Mercedes, Texas and passed away on March 17, 2017 in Conroe, Texas. She was "The Notary" for Goodrich, Texas and loved working in her garden and also her roses. Emma is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel Capetillo and Antonia (Villarreal) Capetillo; two sisters and 2 brothers.

She is survived by her daughters, Margarita C. Quiroz of Goodrich, Texas, Sanjuanita Q. Ruiz and Lorenzo of Houston, Texas; sons, Roberto Quiroz, Jr and Samuel C. Quiroz, both of Houston, Texas; grandchildren, Robert L. Luna, Emma L Quiroz, Roberto Quiroz, III, Kassandra V. Quiroz, Maklum L. Quiroz, Jasmine Cavazos, Marc A. Quiroz, Mariah M. Quiroz, Isla L. Ruiz, Selena M. Quiroz, Julian M Quiroz, Deliah E. Quiroz; great-grandchildren, Robert L. Luna, Jr., Beverly Ann Luna, Ryan J. Luna, Emma M. Luna; brothers, Epitacio Capetillo, Manuel Capetillo, Eloy Capetillo; sisters, Estela Villarreal, Elfida Cantu, Edna Solov, Evelyn Orozco, Antonia Martinez; along with numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
