Erma Jean Phillips Lewis Ross, 87 of Livingston passed away in Livingston, Texas on February 26, 2021.  She was born in Polk County on May 15, 1933 to parents, Edgar Jefferson "Jeff" Phillips, Sr. and Maude Morris Phillips.

She married Jack Lewis on July 15, 1950.  To this union, four children were born:  Baby girl Lewis, Philip Ross Lewis, Jackie Sue Lewis Ulrich and James Raymond "Nub" Lewis.

She married Norman Ross on March 8, 2003.

Jean worked many years as a teller at First National Bank of Livingston until her retirement.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Livingston and a member of the Friendship Sunday School Class.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff and Maudie Phillips, her first husband, Jack Lewis, her first child, Baby Girl Lewis, her siblings, Jewel "Jude" Glasscock, Lucille Phillips Gafford Gray, Elmer Burton "Bud" Phillips, Edgar Jefferson "Jr." Phillips and RB Phillips.

She is survived by her sister, Betty Sue Phillips Hutchins and husband David of Livingston, her daughter, Jackie Se Ulrich and husband Rex of Slaton, Tx, sons Ross Lewis and wife Karla of Livingston and Nub Lewis of Livingston.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Her grandchildren and their families were her greatest joy.  She is survived by granddaughter Jamie Jean Malone and wife La Quoia of Corpus Christi, TX and grandsons Rex Burton "Trace" Ulrich and wife Jynna of Dumas, TX and Benjamin Ross Lewis of Kingwood, TX and great grandsons, Tate Ulrich and Macrae Ulrich of dumas, TX and great granddaughters Jessica Esquivel, Elsa Esquivel and Lyric Malone of Corpus Christi, TX.

There will be a family graveside service for interment of her ashes at a later date.
