Funeral services for Ervin Wayne Luce, age 73, of Livingston, Texas, will be held on Wednesday , August 10, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Clawson Assembly of God in Pollock, Texas with Rev. Kevin Poage and Rev. Phil Halstead officiating. Interment will follow in the Gann Cemetery in Pollock, Texas. Pallbearers are Earl Carrol, Calvin Small, Robert Harrison, Denton Metts, Elray Abshire, Clay Parker. Honorary Pallbearers are Donnie Stephens, Gail Session, Charles Choate, Michael Crippen. Visitation is Tuesday evening from 5:00 PM- 9:00 PM at the Cochran Funeral Home in Livingston, Texas.

He was born April 30, 1938 in Angelina County, Texas the son of Sam Luce and Lola Bell Stephens Luce and passed away on August 7, 2011. He is preceded in death by parents, Sam Luce and Lola Bell Stephens Luce, and sister, Doris Nell Martin.

Ervin is survived by Marie Luce, wife, of Livingston, Texas, Patti and Chuck Cunningham, daughter and son-in-law, of Dickenson, Texas, Rex and Della Luce, son and daughter-in-law, of Livingston, Texas, Richard Luce, son, of Lufkin, Texas, grandchildren, Jason and Bridget Tobias, Chris and Lindsey Tobias, Hannah Luce, Andy Strisko, Dakota Luce, Taylor Luce, great grandchildren, Destini Tobias, Logan Tobias, Brailee Tobias, Quinton Smith, Skylar Smith, Luchesse Tobias. Numerous other relatives and friends also survive.
