Esperanza Becerra de Rios was born April 17, 1953 in Torreon Cohuila, Mexico to parents, Ramon Becerra Maciel and Juana (Castaneda) de Bacerra, and passed away November 23, 2020 in Livingston, Texas. She is preceded in death by her parents; and one brother.

Esperanza is survived by her husband, Ignacio Sandoval Rios of Livingston, Texas; son, Rafael Rios Barcerra and Lizandra of Saltillo Coahuila, Mexico; daughter, Juana Maria Ramirez and Gabriel of Livingston, Texas; son, Ignacio Rios Becerra and Carmen of Livingston, Texas; grandchildren, John Rangel, Gabriel Ramirez, Jr., Rafael Rios, Erika Ramirez, Raymond Rios, Jose Mitre, Ricardo Rios, Sofia Rios. Jayda Mitre, Ruby Rios, Henry Rios and Mia Rios; great-grandchildren, Selena Rangel and Ezekiel Rangel; 5 brothers, 1 sister; and numerous other relatives and friends.
